Advanced Data-Comm Receives Top 50 Ranking
Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine has named Advanced Data-Comm one of the Top 50 teleservices agencies for 2005. Advanced Data-Comm was ranked #26 for outbound teleservices and #35 for inbound teleservices.
The Top 50 Teleservices Agency Rankings recognize the 50 largest teleservices agencies, both domestic and international. Agencies are measured by billable teleservices minutes completed from November 2004 through October 2005, with minutes certified by telephone service carriers.
According to Nadji Tehrani, Editor-in-Chief of Customer Inter@ction Solutions, “The Top 50 Teleservices Agency List offers the industry the most honest and reliable ranking of companies. It is truly the benchmark for choosing large-size teleservices agencies.”
This is the 16th consecutive year that Advanced Data-Comm has received this prestigious ranking. The outbound and inbound rankings will be published in the March and April issues of Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine respectively.
The Top 50 ranking also marks the third major award that Customer Interaction Solutions has presented to Advanced Data-Comm in 2006. Previously, Advanced Data-Comm earned a Gold MVP Award, which recognizes teleservices agencies for their commitment to excellence and the highest ethical standards. Advanced Data-Comm also received the Seal of Approval as a “Preferred Vendor” – an honor shared by only three other agencies.
Advanced Data-Comm was founded in 1988 and provides inbound and outbound teleservices to over 100 clients nationwide. The company operates three locations, including Oelwein and Dubuque, Iowa, and Superior, Wisconsin.
