Mike Budde
Elected to CIS Hall of Fame
Customer Interaction
Solutions (CIS), the leading
magazine for CRM, call centers and teleservices,
has inducted Michael Budde, President and CEO of
Advanced Data-Comm, into its Hall-of-Fame.
The honor was presented to
Mr. Budde at the Global Call Center Outsourcing
Summit in Dallas, Texas. This award recognizes Mr. Budde’s outstanding contributions to the teleservices industry.
During his introduction, Nadji Tehrani,
Founder of Customer Interaction Solutions, called Mr. Budde, “the symbol of integrity, hard work and customer
service.” Mr. Tehrani added that he is always
struck by the “professionalism, passion and teamwork” exhibited by Advanced
Data-Comm staff.In his
acceptance, Mr. Budde credited his success to his employees’ “exceptional
commitment to excellence.” Mr. Budde also cited the contributions of Customer
Interaction Solutions, whose articles and events enable his team to keep
up with industry trends and interact with potential customers and
vendors.
Advanced Data-Comm was founded in 1988 and provides inbound and outbound
teleservices to over 100 clients nationwide. The company employs over
500 individuals in five locations, including Oelwein and Dubuque, Iowa, and
Fond du Lac, Superior and Ashland, Wisconsin.
Customer Interaction Solutions was
first published in 1982. The Wall Street Journal has referred to
Customer Interaction Solutions as, “The Bible of the industry,” while Fortune
magazine has called it, “The standard industry source.”
The CIS Hall-of-Fame is the industry’s highest honor, recognizing recipients
who display integrity, innovation, a commitment to customer service and
consistent high performance on behalf of their clients and consumers at
large.
