March 17, 2006 Attention: Newsroom Governor Recognizes Oelwein Center
Advanced Data-Comm, a leading teleservices agency headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, has been nominated to receive a Governor’s Volunteer Award for 10 consecutive years as an Adopt-A-Highway sponsor.
This nomination, submitted by the Iowa Department of Transportation, recognizes the commitment, service and time that volunteers from Advanced Data-Comm’s Oelwein center have contributed to the Adopt-A-Highway program. During this time, Oelwein volunteers have worked diligently to keep area roadsides free from litter.
The Oelwein team will participate in a regional award ceremony, where they will be recognized for outstanding volunteer service in the state of Iowa.

Advanced Data-Comm was founded in 1988 and provides inbound and outbound teleservices to over 100 clients nationwide. The company operates four locations, including Oelwein and Dubuque, Iowa, and Superior and Ashland, Wisconsin.
Adopt-A-Highway is an innovative program from the Iowa Department of Transportation. This program provides groups with the opportunity to protect the environment and improve the appearance of Iowa roadsides.
