Advanced Data-Comm Earns Highest Honor

Advanced Data-Comm, a leading teleservices agency headquartered in Dubuque, IA, has been named an MVP (Marketing Via Phone) Award winner by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine for inbound business-to-business teleservices.  Advanced Data-Comm earned the prestigious Gold Award designation, the highest possible honor.  

Presented annually, MVP Awards are bestowed on contact centers that demonstrate the highest commitment to quality, customer satisfaction and high ethical standards.  Each recipient is honored for their innovation and excellence in areas like staff development, quality control, technology and work environment.  Each award winner is also recognized for their performance on a specific teleservices program – and how their people, strategies and tools produced superior quality and results for customers.

MVP Quality Award winners for 2005 will be recognized in the February 2006 issue of Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine, which has also awarded Advanced Data-Comm with its “TMC Seal of Approval” as a recommended vendor in 2006.  Advanced Data-Comm is one of only four contact centers to receive this honor. 

Advanced Data-Comm was founded in 1988 and provides inbound and outbound teleservices to over 100 clients nationwide.  The company operates four locations, including Oelwein and Dubuque, Iowa, and Superior and Ashland, Wisconsin.
